Folks Headwear - Our Return Policy

At Folks Headwear, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom leather patch hats just for you. Because each hat is uniquely personalized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the design choices made during the customization process. We encourage you to carefully review your selections and sizing information before placing your order.

Exceptions:

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Therefore, we will gladly accept returns or offer a replacement in the following circumstances:

  • Our Error: If we made a mistake in the customization of your hat that differs from your confirmed order (e.g., incorrect patch design, wrong text, or hat color). Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the error. We will work with you to promptly resolve the issue by either remaking your hat or issuing a refund.
  • Damage During Shipping: In the unlikely event that your hat arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to the packaging and the hat itself. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
  • Quality Issues: If you believe there is a defect in the materials or workmanship of your hat, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with detailed information and photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if we determine the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Return Process for Eligible Cases:

If your return is approved under one of the exceptions above, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that:

  • The hat must be returned in its original packaging, if possible.
  • You may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or shipping damage.
