We aim to get your custom Folks Headwear to you as quickly as possible! Most orders ship within 1 to 2 weeks from the time your design is finalized. Please note that production times can vary depending on demand, so some orders may take a bit longer.
For smaller orders, we typically ship via USPS. Larger orders are usually shipped with UPS to ensure reliable delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey.
At Folks Headwear, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom leather patch hats just for you. Because each hat is uniquely personalized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the design choices made during the customization process. We encourage you to carefully review your selections and sizing information before placing your order.
Exceptions:
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Therefore, we will gladly accept returns or offer a replacement in the following circumstances:
- Our Error: If we made a mistake in the customization of your hat that differs from your confirmed order (e.g., incorrect patch design, wrong text, or hat color). Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the error. We will work with you to promptly resolve the issue by either remaking your hat or issuing a refund.
- Damage During Shipping: In the unlikely event that your hat arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to the packaging and the hat itself. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
- Quality Issues: If you believe there is a defect in the materials or workmanship of your hat, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with detailed information and photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if we determine the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
